Graveside services for Mary Joan Cosolo age 84 of Kirbyville, Missouri will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Snapp Cemetery at Forsyth, Missouri with Pastor Jim Cariker officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.
She died May 19, 2015 at her home.
She was born on July 6, 1930 at Cabool, Missouri the daughter of Fred and Gladys Kirkland Dove. She and her husband were the owners and operators of the Snack Shop in Branson for 16 years. After her retirement she was a caregiver in health care for eight years. She accepted the Lord into her life and went about serving both in the church and in the lives of all she met. She faithfully attended the First Church of The Nazarene in Branson. She enjoyed singing in the choir, loved cook-outs, playing cards, dominoes and board games.
Survivors are her husband: Frank Cosolo of the home. Sheryl Ann Smith of Forsyth, Missouri, Deborah Lee Ridinger of Kirbyville, Frank Benny Cosolo and John Vincent Cosolo both of Kirbyville and daughter-in-laws, Teresa and Deanna. a brother, Fred Boehning of Pennsylvania and a sister, Joyce Thompson of Branson, Mo. Also five grandchildren, Charles Nathaniel, Jason Lee, Rebecca Joan, Frank Antonio and Dominick Andew. three step-grandchildren Deke Cody, Josh and Pamela. 10 great grandchildren, Dacia Ynez, Charles Ethan, Jakob Michael, Cade Evan, Austin Snow, Autumn Rain, Kaleb Paul, Cayden, Cameron and Daylon.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
