LaVonne (Eastman ) Earp, 75, Springfield passed away Sunday, December 25th, 2022 at Mercy Hospital.
LaVonne was born September 27, 1947, in Ajo, AZ, to Robert and Ima Eastman. She was a graduate from Poly Technic High School. LaVonne received her cosmetology degree from Golden West College in Westminster, CA. She worked for several years as a cosmetologist. She was also a Certified Printed Circuit Board Inspector. LaVonne loved to play pool and play BINGO, her greatest love was playing with her great-grandbabies.
Survivors include her loving daughter, Christy Lee; granddaughter, Cambria Mahan and husband Joshua; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Gabriel, Kingston, and Waylon; two sisters, Balinda Merritt and husband Dwaine, and Twila Dixon; three nieces, Robin Garduno and husband Cruz, Brandy Eastman, and Amy Dixon; one great-niece, Amber Fekete; five great nephews, Mateo Garduno, Colt Wilson, JamesMichael Brown, Colton Mitchell , and Tyler Mitchell; one great-great-niece, Melanie Eldridge; her Golden Child; and a host of family and friends.
LaVonne was preceded in death by her great-granddaughter, Ysabella Michelle Rose Mahan; three brothers, Waylon Eastman, who served in the United States Army, Freddie Eastman, who served in the United States Marine Corp, and Ronnie Eastman, who served in the United States Navy; and her parents Robert and Ima Christine Eastman.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home South. A celebration of life will be held at Christy’s house, 2105 North Marion Ave from 6-9 pm, Friday, March 3. 2023. Any flowers or plants may be delivered to Christy’s House.
