Zach loved his family and friends. He was a foodie and liked trying new foods and going out with friends. He was interested in foreign cultures and enjoyed traveling. He was able, through Make-A-Wish, to travel to Rome, Italy and enjoyed the sights, sounds, and delicious food it had to offer. For such a young age, he was able to visit 37 of the 50 states, and he was planning on visiting all 50. His favorite place that he visited was the Avenue of Giants in California, he enjoyed feeling small standing among the giant redwoods.
Zach is survived by his parents Travis and Amy of Republic; his sister Briana of Columbia. He also leaves his paternal great grandmother, Betty Erickson; and paternal grandmother, Debra Gafford both of Polson, MT. He is also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, and cousins.
