Obituary for Terry Joe McCurdy

Terry Joe McCurdy, age 66 of Morrisville, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019, in his home. He was born November 13, 1952, in Bolivar, MO, to James Mahan and Alberta Pauline (Wilson) McCurdy. He graduated from Marion C Early High School, the class of 1970. He enjoyed going on archeological digs, and collected arrowheads and rocks.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and a brother Tommy McCurdy.
He is survived by two sisters: Pamela McCurdy of Morrisville, MO, and Kathy Cowan and her husband Beryl of Bolivar, MO; a brother James “Jim” McCurdy of Springfield, MO; as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Slagle Cemetery. Family and friends may call at their own convenience from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon Saturday, November 9, 2019, before the service in the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at: www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO.
