Obituary

Austin Cole Sanders From the moment of conception until 9:55 PM last Sat., Austin Cole Sanders brought true joy to all who met or knew him! He entered this world on Dec. 7th, 1990 in Springfield, MO. at Cox South Hospital & quickly & peacefully left it on Sat., Jan. 11th, 2020 at 9:55 PM on Hwy. 65 S. crossing over the Greene County line into Christian County. At the time of his passing, he loved living at his home on his greatgrandparent’s farm in Forsyth, MO.. Austin attended school in Branson, MO. & proceeded to get his Associate Degree at Ozarks Community College in Springfield, MO. studying Anthropology. Austin was a multitasker with many jobs all of his life. He started out as a professional ring bearer for numerous weddings. Later in life, at the age of 4 he took fiddle lessons from the Haygood family as well as Mr. JR Rollins. For the last 18 years was was employed at the Shepherd of the Hills Play & Homestead, starting off as ‘Little Pete’ ending as their audio visual technician. Austin was with Books-A-Million for several years, beer specialist at Macadoodles in Branson, MO., Wil Fischer Distribution, & as a delivery man for UPS. His true passion in life was his music, original music, “Not that cover stuff…” Austin was proud to have 2 diverse bands, ‘Snake Fighter’ & ‘Venus Of Willendorf’ playing throughout the midwest. Austin’s daily routine included preparing fresh meals, stretching, running, reading, practicing his guitar ‘Pauline’, learning more & more, podcasts, Fosters, & serving wit & attitude everywhere he went. He traveled to Europe twice. At the age of 8 was on ‘The Martin Short Show’ playing his fiddle. He loved meeting his ‘metal’ buddies ~ Justin & Ash of ’3 Inches of Blood’, John 5, Kyle Shutt ‘The Sword’, & Mark Morton of ‘Lamb of God’. He loved attending concerts, ‘cons’, & movies. He was a car collector ~ actually a car trasher he had 5 in his short life. Austin is survived by his mother & father Dede & Terry Wayne Sanders of Branson, MO., his loving brother Evan James Sanders of Branson, MO., his grandfather Frank Vancil of Norwood, MO., his grandfather & grandmother Tex & Delores Edwards of Crocker, MO., his grandmother Nadine Rozell of Hollister, MO., his aunt ‘Nanny’ Loana & uncle Jack Willson of Branson, MO., aunt Lydia & uncle Mike Andrews of Lowell, AR., aunt Treila & uncle Gary Andrews of Claremore, OK., aunt Debbie & uncle Keith Andrews of Claremore, OK., aunt Anida Rozell of Marshfield, MO., aunt Kelli Rozell of Strafford, MO., aunt ‘Snooks’ Barb & uncle David Gray of Norwood, MO., aunt Joy & uncle Bob Vancil of Norwood, MO., fur babies Krypto & Danver of Forsyth, MO., numerous cousins, dear friends who were more like family, & strangers who knew “That kid with the long hair!” A celebration of Austin’s life will be held Sat., Jan. 18th, 2020 at 2 PM at The Clay Cooper Theater. So sorry to hear of Austin's passing. I didn't have the prevlidge of knowing the young man, who it appears, had a kind heart'
and giving spirit. Those are two traits Jesus looks for in all of us, so he should receive a big welcome from our maker. I wish I could have been there to pay my respects and visit with relatives . God bless all and May his grace abide in all.
