Amy Nicole Parker
Amy Nicole Parker, 29, lost her 18 month battle with cancer July 19, 2009. She was born January 10, 1980 in Springfield, Mo. She graduated from Billings High School after being a student at the Billings School from K-12 grade. She earned an Associate’s Degree from Ozark Technical College. The past 11 years, Amy worked in various departments for St. John’s Hospital. Amy is survived by her mother, Vicki Russell and her father, Larry Russell. Amy is also survived by three older brothers, Tim Herd, Terry Russell, and Eric Herd. A devoted wife, Amy leaves behind her husband, Cameron Parker. A loving mother, Amy lives on through her three year old son, Logan. She also leaves behind aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, life-long friends, and many more family and friends. Amy was known to many as “little Amy” or “Frog” and she will always be remembered by all for her beautiful smile. A visitation will be held July 22 between 6 p.m. to- 8 p.m. at Greenlawn North Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 11:30 a.m. July 23 at Northside Christian Church, 4902 N Highway H, Springfield, MO. 65803 and end at the Greenlawn North Cemetery.
