Ana Ilie, age 66 of Morrisville, MO, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023. She was born February 5, 1957, in Romania, to Oprea and Neculina (Panait) Chirita. She was united in marriage to Titu Ilie February 1989, and to this union five children were born.
Ana was a compassionate, caring, hospitable, and a care taker. She had a warm soul and welcoming smile and had a big heart of gold. She enjoyed taking walks, gardening, and taking care of her family. She was a prayer warrior who loved Jesus to the end. She was an extraordinary mother who put her family first and will be missed by all.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Titu; a brother Samuel Chirita; and a sister Cornelia Talposh.
Ana is survived by her five children: Abi Petruescu of TN, Diana Ilie of CA, Sefora Ilie of MO, Fivi Canahi of TX, and Daniel Ilie of MO; four grandchildren: Gianna, Lukas, Keziah, and Julia; four brothers: Lee Chirita of MO, Abel Chirita of CA, Philip Chirita of MO, and Elisha Chirita of MO; two sisters: Maria Gal of Romania, and Lidia Ciupei of MO; as well as many other relatives and friends.
