Anne Cutberth, 71, Springfield, MO went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Mercy Hospital with family at her side.
Anne was born July 9, 1943 in Republic, MO to Ellis “Bud” Thurman and Elizabeth (Haymes) Thurman. She was one of four children. Both parents preceded her in death.
On August 16, 1964 Anne married Larry Cutberth. They have one child, Tara McCoy (Michael, Jr.) of Springfield, MO.
Other surviving members of her family are three grandchildren, Michael McCoy, III, of Ithaca, N.Y., Matthew McCoy, Columbia, MO, and Megan McCoy, Springfield, MO. Another grandchild, Jesse McCoy preceded her in death.
Anne is also survived by three brothers, Robert (Dorothy) Thurman, Springfield, MO, John (Patty) Thurman, Springfield, MO, and Tom (Libby) Thurman, Liberty, WV. Other survivors are many nieces and nephews. She is loved and will be missed by many friends.
A visitation will be held Monday night, June 15, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home South in Springfield, MO. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at Maple Park Cemetery, Springfield, MO with friend and pastor, Winston Burton officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that you make a donation to either, The American Heart Association or St. Jude Research Hospital.
