Billy Wayne Cowan Jr. lost his battle with cancer September 18, 2020 at the age of 63. He was the son of Bill and Louise Cowan, brother to David, sister-in-law Leslie, their son Blake, two nieces Kelli Quinn and EmmaLea Fielden, her husband Josh. Their children Laramie and Lylah, and a great nephew Connor Lee.
He was preceded in death by his beloved sister Gail Cook and all four grandparents. Billy lived his entire life in the Stafford area and served in the Army. Following Billy’s wishes in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozark, located on 1850 W. Republic Rd. Springfield, MO 65807, or the charity of your choice. The family wishes to thank everyone for the condolences they have received at this difficult time.
