Billy F. Bailey 84, Springfield, Mo. Passed away September 19, 2018 at his home. He was born March 8, 1934, in Horten,Texas. He was a retired grinder and welder for the John Deere Corporation. He was a United States Navy veteran, of the Korean War era.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Swanie Bailey, of the home, two sons: John Bailey and Joseph Bailey, step- daughter: Marilyn White, three step-sons: Willis Bryant, Michael Bryant, and Ronald Bryant, 11-grandchildren and 12-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2018, in Calvary United Penecostal Church, 3010 West Nichols, Springfield, Mo. Visitation will be Sunday, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Graveside services will be at Noon, Wednesday, September 26, 2018, in Edford Township Cemetery, near Geneseo, Ill.
