Scott and Emily Lucy left a message on August 11, 2020:
Mr. Legan was a wonderful neighbor who will be missed greatly. He was such a kind hearted man and he loved to come to the fence and love on our dogs. In fact, our dogs got so used to him coming to say hi that when they saw him, they would make sure to get his attention by barking at him to get him to come over. And he never turned them down on a hello. We will miss seeing him and send our thoughts to his family. May they know what a treasure he was to our cul de sac.

We're praying for the Legan family. Bob was such a great neighbor for both our parents (Oliver and Dolores Lueck) and our children (Scott and Emily Lucy). We'll always remember Mr. Legan being so generous with his vegetable garden, and his constant battles with the squirrels! A hard working man who will be missed by all.
