Bobby Jack Bilyeu, Sr. beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and friend passed away on October 31, 2014 in his home in Reeds Spring, Missouri. He married Elizabeth Janice Doss on May 4, 1948 and they enjoyed 66 years of marriage at the time of his death. To this union 10 children were born. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, sister and brother, daughter, Lily Bilyeu and son, John Bilyeu.
He is survived by two sons; Bobby J. Bilyeu and wife Josephine, Jan Bilyeu and wife Lynn, six daughters; Velvet Jennings and husband Gary, Barbara McKee and husband Timothy, Violet Alvard, Beverly Hutchison and husband Terry, Lisa Braden and husband Ken, Jennifer Stewart and husband Billy. He was a grandfather to twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He is also survived by many relatives and close friends. He was loved deeply by his family and friends and all who were touched by his life.
A graveside service will be held on November 5, 2014 at 1:30 at Ozark Cemetery in Ozark, Missouri. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home of Branson.
