Brent Michael Schnake, age 29, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away on December 26, 2024, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital following an approximate three-year battle with pulmonary hypertension.  Brent was born to Mike and Amy Schnake on August 25, 1995, in Springfield, Missouri, and graduated from Kickapoo High School in May 2014.  Brent relocated to Uniontown, Pennsylvania in May 2020 to be with
