Camden Wayne Dewberry of Springfield, Missouri left behind the struggles of this world on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 at the age of 26. Camden was born in Greenville, Texas, the Son of Liana Dewberry Shultz and Patrick Dewberry. With a love of music and the outdoors, Camden was an active part of both the marching and jazz bands and Scouting, where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout and was elected to the Order of the Arrow. Always active and busy, with a sharp mind, he loved to read and play video games, while also remaining active in Tae Kwon Do where he earned his Black Belt.
He attended school in Greenville and was an active participant in Destination Imagination and the Greenville High School Robowranglers robotics program. He graduated in 2012 as a member of the National Honor Society before attending Texas Tech University.
Camden had a wonderful, caring heart and a passion for serving. He put these character traits to action by serving several seasons at Camp Barnabas special needs camp, where he served to bring joy to special needs children.
Always preferring to work with his hands and outdoors, he trained as an HVAC Technician and also performed home remodeling – vocations that allowed him to camp, enjoy and perform music, and travel far and wide attending the music festivals he loved so much.
Left to cherish his memory are his Mother Liana Dewberry Shultz, Stepfather Ron Shultz, Father Patrick Dewberry, Stepmother Kimberly Dewberry, Sister Kathryn Dewberry and Fiancé Keegan Blackshear, Grandmothers Dacia Stoll and Echo Dewberry, Stepbrother Ryan Shultz, Stepsister Leah Kimberling, Girlfriend Laura Carter, as well as loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and a many, many friends.
