I am an avid reader, as was Carlos. One of my favorite books is "The Master and Margarita", written by the Russian writer Mikhail Bulgakov in the Soviet Union during Stalin's regime. I sent it to him and he read it! It was great to talk about the book with Carlos because it had big ideas, and fantastical characters, which made for a lively and lengthy discussion. I am glad he was in Jill's life. Carlos, along with his family, is Jill's joy.
