Scot was born March 26, 1981 in Springfield, MO to Robert Crain and Nancy Thurman. Scot was a graduate of Parkview High School. He was united in marriage to Marie Sorenson on July 23, 2012 in Springfield, MO. Scot loved to work out and play music.
Survivors include his wife Marie of the home; five children, Natalie Moore, Alicia Crain, Jeffrey Scot Crain, Finn Crain, and Jude Crain; his mother, Nancy Thurmann and husband Roddy; father Robert Crain and wife Andrea; step -father, Curtis Washington; one brother, Daniel Crain; Becca Hornback and husband Jeff, Anita Crain-Dickerson and wife Adrienne; Katie Washington, and Nathalie Crain; and a host of family and friends.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
