Clarence, oh my, what a character. Whenever we were with him and Nancy, it was a fun time. Yes, he loved playing the horses, as we did. That's how we became friends with them and met them often at the races at Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs. Whenever we went out to dinner with them, he would insist on picking up the tab. We had to wrestle him to the floor to be able to reciprocate a few times. Nancy, I know you will be hurting without your loving partner, and Fred and I feel so bad for you at this sad time. I will talk to you soon. Love, "Hoosier" Carol and Fred Gagliardi

This guy was an amazing human! Always ready with a joke or to get into some sort of lawn war with my father lol. Helped us out when my dad had his bypass surgery and kept a close watch on the neighborhood! He will be missed!

So sorry to hear of the loss of my funny, handsome cousin. I had to smile at the many ways his obituary resonated with similarities to our grandfather, his namesake, Clarence "Rusty" Donaldson. My sympathies to all his family and friends. Kay Steinkirchner Rock
