Claridon H.”Charlie” Grimm age 84, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Missouri Veterans Home, Mt. Vernon, MO. He was born July 11, 1930, in Chicago, Il, to Claridon and Mary and Mary (Hedstrom) Grimm Sr. He was a member of the Methodist Church. He served in the United States Army. “Charlie” retired from Hiland Dairy as a truck driver, after 35 years of service. He enjoyed traveling, he and his wife traveled many miles across the United States and abroad.
“Charlie” was preceded in death by his parents, a son Ronald Grimm, and his step-daughter Catherine Gaschler. He is survived by his wife Marjorie Grimm, two daughters; Valerie Grimm, Cindy and David Graves, step-daughter; Nancy and Kim Keltner, 12-grandchildren and 18-great-grandchildren.
