Constance Irene McClain, age 81, of Springfield, MO, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Maranatha Village. She was born February 17, 1935, in La Junta, CO, to Marvin and Helen (Brown) Frantz. She attended Maranatha Baptist Church. Along with her husband Dean, spent her life serving her Saviour, in the U.S,. Iran, England, and Kenya.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Dean, her children; Michael, Douglas McClain, Christine Enoch, and Connie Baldwin, 19 grandchildren, and over 50 great-grandchildren and by her siblings: Jackie Lewis and Marvin Frantz.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 8, 2016, at Maranatha Baptist Church, (meeting at The Church of God, Seventh Day), 1521 East 24th Street North Springfield, MO. Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday afternoon at Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
