Delman Gerald Wills, 82, of Springfield, Mo. passed away peacefully in his home, Friday evening April 26, 2019. Gerry was preceded in death by his parents, Estel Dale and Mary Dorlas Wills, his wife JoAnn Wills and his youngest daughter, Kimberly Wills.
He left behind his family: two daughters and their husbands: Gene and Robin (Willis) Evans, Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. and Greg and Deena (Wills) Jones, Springfield, Mo. four grandchildren: Christopher and Jonathan Webster, of Camdenton, Mo and Desiree and Terril Jones,of Springfield, Mo. eight great-grandchildren; Lane. Kyle, Cameron, Shelby, Zacharey, Wyatt, Dalton, and Ashlynn. He is also survived by his sister, Barbara (Wills) Bullington, Springfield, Mo.
Gerry graduated from Central High School, and served in the United States Army. He was a long time member of the Masons and Shriners Organizations. He lived and worked in the Springfield area his entire life. Being a skilled mechanic and machinist as well as an entrepreneur of several small businesses.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2019, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday before the services.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to C.A.R.E.
