Delores “Dee” Jean Fittro (Hale), age 78, of Springfield MO passed away peacefully, surrounded by family in her home on February, 17th, 2019. She was born to the late Mary P Maxwell (Brumfield) and Albert F Hale on June 30th, 1940 in Springfield MO.
Dee was a homemaker, dedicated wife, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Over the years Dee became known as a remarkable cook and loved tending to her flowers, often you could find her browsing the local antique stores. Some of her other past time favorites were going to lunch with the “girls,” as well as spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. But what she loved most were the summer days spent fishing with her late husband Ernie fishing at local lakes.
Dee was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Ernest Fittro. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Diane Luallen, Carol King, a brother Jim “Bud” Hale and a grandson Wyatt Carrington Linville. Dee is survived by her sister, Sherry Hufferd and husband Jim. Three daughters, Doni Enyart and husband Larry, Stacy Huett and husband Pat and Kathy Linville and husband Matt. Twelve grandchildren, Laura Hendrix and husband Randy, Loren Enyart and wife Virginia, Stephanie Ferguson and husband Nick, Megan Manco, Landon Enyart and wife Kayla,
Jessica Gifford, Kindal Plank and husband Michael, Taner Huett and wife Breanna, Hunter Huett and fiancée Sabrina Ross, Taylor Linville, Cooper Huett and Riley Linville. Thirteen great grandchildren, Dalton Enyart, Kamin Gifford, Paige Manco, Tripp Enyart, Layla Foster, Colter Huett, Rocky Gifford, Branch Huett and Waylon Enyart.
