Diana Kay Locke, age 73, of Springfield, MO, passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 at Cox Medical Center South. She was born December 3, 1942, in Joplin, MO, to Rudalph and Collen (Smith) Ebert Jr.. She was a member of the Ozark Romance Authors Writing Club. She served in the U.S. United States Navy . She retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, after 22 years. She loved writing and helping people who needed her help.
She was preceded in death by her father and her brother; David Rader. She is survived by her husband, Larry Locke, her sons; Richard Vancil, Eric Vancil, Adam Vancil, and his wife Gina, Scott Locke, and his wife Samantha, her mother; Collen Stiles, her sisters; Lisa Pat Moffett and her husband Fred, six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, and her sisters-in-laws; Stacey Rader and Brenda Spracklen
