I have many warm memories from my days as a student at Evangel in the mid-70s — on campus, in class and at Doc & Georgia’s home. Jim & Jane, you are fortunate to have such a Godly heritage. Our prayers are with you at this time of loss.

So sorry to hear of Don’s passing. So many memories and good times with Don and Georgia. They were both so sweet to me when I first went to the Credit Union. Praying God will be with you in the days ahead. Heaven just gets sweeter doesn’t it?

Jane and Jim your dad was a remarkable man. He loved family and everyone he knew he wanted to make a difference in their lives. Prayers to you and your family. May God fill your lives with all the great memories of love and laughter of the past.

I have very fond memories of my time living with Don and Georgia, we always ended up in some sort of fun with Don. He was an amazing man who could bring a smile to your face no matter how you were feeling. My fondest memory is when Don, my dad, a family friend and I helped move a small barn/garage from downtown Springfield out to Turner at 2am…only Don would have been involved in something like that. Love you Uncle Don and will see you again.
