Donna was a y super nurse! I worked with her for several years as a nursing home consultant and she was great! I loved her feistiness and her ability to deal with anyone to improve better care for nursing home residents. She will be missed!.

Donna was an exceptional educator and nurse, perhaps of a bygone era. I hope that those of us that knew her are able to carry the torch in nursing and nursing education.

Thank you for all the wonderful memories. I learned so many things from you and will keep passing them onto future nurses. You will always be my Mrs. Segelberg. Love to you and Lyle.

Donna was one of the most dedicated and hard-working nurses. She loved being a nurse, nurturing and teaching others in the healthcare industry, and providing QUALITY care. The word “spitfire” comes to mind when I think of her. I loved her smile and sense of humor. The world is a better place because she was in it. Donna, you will be missed- I think of you fondly.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

The first time I met Donna I learned a lot about her. We all went to lunch and we learned a bit about her life, her passions, and her loves. Over the years it became obvious she had a love for God and her family and friends. She also loved her passions…nursing, teaching, and her students. She taught me more about teaching than the classes ever did. I picture her brainstorming over lunches and in the lab and clinicals with students. She loved her students. So very much. I know that a little bit of Donna is with each one of them as they take care of their patients. I guess what I’m trying to say as I ramble, is that she was special and I will miss her.
