Doyle Reaves was born October 9, 1930 and went to join some of his family in Heaven February 23, 2024. He was born in Bado, Missouri to parents Ernest and Faye Reaves. He went to grade school at Gravel Point then went to high school at Cabool High School and graduated May 1948. He stayed with his grandparents until he graduated then moved to Springfield, Missouri. His father’s job moved him to Springfield so the family moved there. Doyle worked many jobs but he was drafted into the army in 1951. He served his country 2 years and was discharged in 1953.
Doyle was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Faye Reaves, Brother; Raymond Reaves, Sister; Joan Fairchild and a nephew Eugene Plaster. Surviving is his sister Jayce Reaves and grand daughter Arianna of which Jayce adopted in 2008. She was 9 days old and is now 15. Doyle was her only daddy she knew and she loved him. Doyle is also survived by many nieces and nephews which were his children. He will be greatly missed by us all.
