Elmer Wallace Bounous Jr., 67, of Springfield, MO. passed away 0n October 15,2014 in Springfield, MO. He was born on April 15,1947 in Monett, MO. to Elmer Wallace Bounous Sr. and Clarabelle Etter. He married Faye Livingston on February 16,1968 and she survives.
Elmer was preceded in death by his parents.
Elmer retired from the parts department at Peterbuilt and was a member of Pathway United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing and boating.
Survivors include his son: Bobby Bounous, brothers: Edward, Gary, John, Ronald, and Donald; a sister: Christine Thomas.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 18,2014 from 1: 00 pm until 2:00 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home North Chapel.
Graveside Service will take place on Saturday, October 18,2014 at 3:30 pm at Waldensian Cemetery in Monett, MO.
