Emeline Staples 93, of Springfield, MO. passed away August 9, 2011. She was born on November 2, 1917 in Ft. Frances, Canada. In the 40’s she moved to Seattle, WA. where she met her husband of 57 years, Andrew L. Staples. Later they moved to Springfield, MO. and had one daughter named Sharon in 1954.
Emeline is preceded in death by Husband Andrew, parents and one brother. She is survived by Sharon Staples, Branson, MO; two nephew’s; three niece’s, and many close friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Messiah Lutheran Church, in Springfield, MO. on Monday 22, 2011 at 10:30 a:m. A burial service will follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
