Eric Bradley Trapp, 36, passed away peacefully November 12, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. He was born March 5, 1979 in Springfield, Missouri. Eric and his family are members of Kingsway Free Will Baptist Church. Eric is survived by his wife, Amie, and eight children; Bradley, Brandon, Bowen, Hank, Keeghan, Eli, Sam, and Stella. He is also survived by his dad, and maternal grandfather, and a host of friends and family. He is preceded in death by his mother, and his sister. Eric was a quiet man. Most would say a “gentle giant,” with a heart of gold. He loved his wife, children, and building hot rods. Through his wife, his children, and all who knew him, his legacy will live on. Visitation will be Friday, November 20, 2015, 6:00-8:00pm, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 21, 2015, 1:00pm, at Kingsway Free Will Baptist Church in Springfield. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Cruise to follow with a chili benefit and car show at the American Legion, 2660 South Scenic Ave, Springfield. In lieu of flowers, donations for his service may be made at any Great Southern Bank, to the Amie Trapp donation account, for the Eric Trapp family.
