Geneva Marie Stewart, age 87, of Springfield, Missouri passed away on March 4, 2020 at Cox South Hospital.
Geneva was born on May 1, 1932 in Springfield, Missouri to parents Ira and Erma (Wommack) Stone. Geneva had three siblings; two sisters Wilma and Dorothy and one brother Rex.
In her spare time Geneva loved to sew and craft many things, she loved spending time with her daughter, grandchildren, great grandchild and all the rest of her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ira and Emma Stewart, sister Dorothy Walcher, brother Rex Stone and one granddaughter Natalie Goodnight.
Geneva is survived by her daughter Pam Goodnight and husband Gordon Goodnight, grandson Ryan Estes, great-granddaughter Tilly Gutierez, sister Wilma Bateman, six nieces and two nephews and a host of other family and friends.
A Celebration of Life for Geneva will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at The Hill Restaurant in Springfield, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Isabella’s House in Springfield, Missouri.
