Join us in celebrating the life of Gerald Keith Wilson, born the 22nd of June, 1927. Gerald served our Country during WWII, was inducted into the Ozark Racers Foundation Reunion Hall of Fame, was an avid traveler, sportsman, man of God, and family man.
Gerald was preceded in death by his son Jerald Chris and his grandson Isaiah Christopher. Gerald is survived by his partner, friend, lover, and wife of over 70 years, Jo Olive Wilson. Gerald is also survived by his son, Jody Russell Wilson and Susan, and grandson/son Jerald Shannon Wilson, and his wife Katrina, as well as Granddaughters: Heather, Ashley, Nichole, and a multitude of both Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother Reggie Wilson and his wife, Rita and two sisters: Barbara Wilson and Helen Bloomer and her husband, Joe.
Gerald lived fully, passing quietly into the hands of God on the 3rd of March, 2021. Gerald will be missed fiercely by all who knew him; his devotion to family, sharp wit, and sassy conversation providing lasting memories. In this life and the next, we love you PePaw.
Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. before services at the funeral home. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. at Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
