Gordon “Archie” Campbell was born on November 18, 1930 in East Grand Rapids, Michigan, to John W. and Angie I. Campbell. He departed this life on March 9, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Mr. Campbell was a retired railroad worker and enjoyed spending time outdoors. He also took great comfort in his faith.
Archie was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by two sons, Gordon Campbell, Jr. of Joplin and James Campbell of Aurora; a daughter, Mary Kalishevich of Riverside, CA; and a sister Joyce Koon of Springdale, AR.
Memorial service will be under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Springfield, Missouri, on Saturday, May 4, at 4:00 p.m.
