Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother: Erna A. Pratt, his two sons: Derek Alexander Pratt and Micheal Ray Pratt, a sister: Mary Edith Pratt and two brothers: Gregory Eugene Pratt and his wife Crystal and Clarence Ray Pratt and his wife, Janet.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 28, 2019, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. No visitation is planned
