John Ed Kerr left this life, June 2, 2016, at his home in Branson. He was born December 12, 1935, to Eddie and Nellie Kerr, who preceded him in death. Also, preceding him were his daughter, Kelli Kerr and siblings, Harold Kerr, Marion Kerr, his sister, Thelma Connelly.
He was a very active as a lifetime member of the United Methodist Church. He was a loving and generous man of honor and integrity that would do anything for family and friends. He was the co-founder of K&R Electric in Branson. His love of farming was his only hobby.
He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, June, his daughters, Lynn Rose and husband, Phillip, Lisa Kendrick and husband, Larry, four grandchildren, Adam Rose, Amber Rose, Justin Gunnett, and Jami Cook, Seven great-grandchildren, numerous close and loving nieces and nephews along with wonderful friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:30 AM, Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the Branson United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of service. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Christian Action Ministries or Jesus Was Homeless.
