Jose Felipe Valdez of Springfield Missouri went home to Jesus January 31,2021 at the age of 85. Joe was born in Monte Vista, Colorado on July 11th 1935 to Jesus and Alice (Martinez) Valdez. He worked as a Chef for many years at Hickory hills country club and Later owned J&J Refuse service. Joe was a veteran of the Air Force
