Jose Felipe Valdez of Springfield Missouri went home to Jesus January 31,2021 at the age of 85.
Joe was born in Monte Vista, Colorado on July 11th 1935 to Jesus and Alice (Martinez) Valdez.
He worked as a Chef for many years at Hickory hills country club and Later owned J&J Refuse service.
Joe was a veteran of the Air Force and in his younger days he loved playing pool. He loved western movies, books, going to the shows in Branson, Missouri and spending time with his wife and family.
He was united in marriage to the love of his life, Rosetta Mansker on February 19,1973 in Ozark Missouri.
Joe was preceded in death by his son, Philip Valdez, his parents, Jesus and Alice Valdez, four Brothers Ralph Valdez, Harold Valdez, Toby Valdez and Charles Anthony Archuleta, one sister, Barbara.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Rosetta Valdez, daughter, Joetta Valdez, his son, Joseph Valdez of Ozark, Missouri, one brother, Harold Valdez and two Sisters, Selia Stieha, Alice Stephanie Archuleta and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
