Josephine Isabell Marsh 98, of Springfield, Mo. passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 at Sunshine Manor, in Republic, MO. She was born January 13, 1917, in Dickens, MO. to Lonnie and Myrtle (Wood) Bookout. She was a member of the First and Calvary Presbyterian Church. When she wasn’t working in the beauty shop, she was in volved in many hobbies; playing bridge, sewing and quilting and arts and crafts. She was preceded in death by her husband Willard Marsh, her parents, her sisters; Frances Eppler, of Clarksdale, AZ. Louisa Lee, of Forsyth, MO. and her brother; A.J. (Jim) Bookout, of Springfield, MO.
Josephine is survived by her niece; Carole Clemmons, Springfield, MO. , nephew; Jim Bookout, Springfield, Mo. and niece; Joanne Evertz, Republic, MO. as well as numerous great nieces and nephews, and many friends and cousins.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, with visitation from 2 to 3 p.m. before services, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
