Kathy was preceded in death by her grandmother Gladys Keen, parents Sam and Bernice Twomey, sister Linda, and brother James. She is survived by her sister Patricia and brother Sam as well as several other loving family members. Nieces;  Amy, Rachel, Stacey, Kimberly, Courtney, Sarah and Ahlyssa. Nephews; Kevin, Jacob, Jeffery, Markeese and Jayceon. Cousins; The Shikanys – Patrick, Michael, John, Jim and their families as well as extended family and friends including her beloved caregivers, Laura, Kathy, Cassie, Trey, Sandy, Linda,and others, including her brothers and sisters in Christ.

 Kathy was a special person, one who truly possessed a child-like spirit and tender heart of gold.  Her pure smile radiated beauty to everyone who was blessed to receive it. She was the sweetest of souls whose lovely light still brightens our world. Kathy was a great teacher and master of many arts; tenderness, patience, humility, kindness, gentleness, laughter, acceptance, music and much more.  She taught us joy, to color outside the lines, and to smile. She also taught us unconditional love.  Kathy blessed every life she touched. In her passing, Kathy was surrounded by family and friends, she died peacefully. 

Our angel unfurled her wings, took flight, and flew into the loving arms of her mother. In Christ she was given. She lived. She rests. An angel who once walked upon earth, now soars in heaven. Rejoice!
