Kathy is survived by her two daughters, Kelly and Shelly Hester, one granddaughter; Victoria Demster, two brothers; Terry Jackson and Steve Jackson, one sister; Sherry Ishmael. There is no formal visitation, but she will be available for viewing on Thursday, February 18, 2016, 8:00-10:00am, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. A graveside service will follow at 11:00am in National Cemetery.
