It was so very long ago that I met Kim at a Heartland Carcinoid meeting in Kansas City. She was ‘flying’ through driving long hours and we were all concerned about her even then. She fought a long and smart battle with this cancer, all the while soaking up life with every bit of energy she had. She was an inspiration to many of us. If Kim can do it, why can’t I! Sending condolences to all of you, who she loved so very much.

Sending prayers to Kim's family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Kim for many years. She was an exceptional individual, pioneer and trail blazer! The world is a much better place because of Kim! Will miss you terribly!
