He died at 7:30PM, Sunday, December 6, 2009 at his home.
He was born on January 20, 1939 in Greenfield, IL the son of Clyde Fulton and Bonnie Lea Shafer Prather. He was a retired farmer and had been a resident of the area for the past 18 years.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years; Mildred Melba Prather of Branson, MO, two daughters; Vicki Bailey of Branson, Donna Davison of Chino, CA, two sisters; Clydena Leonard of Florissant, MO, Marcella Talley of Hoopston, IL. and three grandchildren; Brian Bailey of Branson, Valerie Griffin and Kevin Davison both of California and 5 great grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother; Stuart Prather.
