On Wednesday September 2, 2020 Lena Malay Faye Jean Deal passed away suddenly in her home in Springfield, Missouri.  Lena was the loving daughter of Logan Deal and Shalena Jimenes and sister to Leonardo Deal.  The passing of Lena has created an indescribable void in the world and in the hearts for those that loved her. The pure love that Lena showed the world in her eyes and smile will never be forgotten.

Lena was born on August 7, 2020 in Springfield, Missouri.  For as young as Lena was, her impression can be felt by the impact on family members who have survived her parental grandparents Robert and Carey Deal of Springfield, MO and maternal grandparent Jonna Jimenez of Joplin, Missouri; great grandparents Sharon Deal, Sandy Redinger and Kathy Mace; aunts and uncles on the Deal side, Makayla, Jason and Alexis; on the Jimenes side, Carly and Karen, Gina, Jose, Sal and Tessa as well as both families for their limitless kindness and love.  Lena will join great grandfathers James Deal and Jon Mace, great Aunt Carla Beres, cousin Madison Sorensen and great niece Ada Bowman.

Both families want to extend appreciation to the countless people that have reached out in thoughts and prays in this time of sorrow. A visitation and memorial will be held at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 3540 East Seminole Street, Springfield, Missouri on Wednesday evening at 6pm with a memorial service at 7 pm.  Flowers and Condolences maybe sent to Greenlawn.
