Lillian Pauline (Crighton) Leeper, of Springfield Missouri born to Ralph and Velma (Hobbs) Crighton, May 29, 1930, in Walnut Grove MO, passed away Monday, March 20, 2023, at 92 years of age. Lillian is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Leeper and her son Kent Leeper, granddaughter Kendra Leeper, and sister Betty Clark. She was greeted at the pearly gates with great celebration by Jesus, family and friends and was a member of South Haven Baptist Church.
Lillian married her high school sweetheart Robert Leeper who was the love of her life. She enjoyed sewing, cross stitch, and crocheting, but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family. She loved attending and keeping score at all the kids’ ballgames. She was a loving wife, mother and friend, who raised her children to love the Lord. Those who will remember her laughter and smiles include her sons Mark and Craig Leeper and her daughter Cynthia Lee. She is also survived by several grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of other family and friends.
Visitation for Lillian Leeper will be at Greenlawn Funeral Home South Friday, March 24, 2023, beginning at 1:00 pm followed by services at 2:00 pm and burial at Greenlawn Cemetery in Walnut Grove MO.
