Linda Joan Pering, 63, was born April 16, 1946, in Springfield, Vermont, to Earl Edward Davis Sr. and Marian Elizabeth Day. She went home to be with her Lord on October 24, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. She lived life to the fullest with multiple sclerosis for 23 years. Memorial services will be held at 10 am, Thursday, October 29, 2009, in South Haven Baptist Church, in Springfield, Missouri, with Ryan Palmer and Paul Swadley officiating. She is survived by her husband, Tom of Springfield, Mo.; her daughter, Jennifer of Louisville, Ky.; son Derik, his wife, Mary, and granddaughter, Julie of Fayetteville, N.C.; and daughter Amy of Kansas City, Mo. She is also survived by her sister, Lisa Davis of New York; brothers, Earl Davis Jr. and John Davis, of Springfield, Vt.; many nieces and nephews; along with friends all over the USA and England.
