Lucille Francis Whiteley 101, Lebanon, MO. formerly of Springfield, MO. passed away Monday, July 27, 2020. She was born on April 27, 1919, in Springfield, Mo. to John and Grace (Harp) Edwards. A life-long area resident, she was a retired grocery store owner, as well as a homemaker. She was a very multi-talented lady, who was also a retired realtor and licensed cosmetologist. She loved reading her Bible and landscape canvas painting. Lucille was a member of Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church, she loved her life and the time she spent with her family.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Alvin Whiteley, her daughter: Barbara Eilenstine, her grand-daughter: Angela Joy Eilenstine, and her brother: Jack Edwards. She is survived by her son, Terry Whiteley and his wife Sherry, her two daughters: Kaye Beam and her husband, John, and Julie Shoemake and her husband, John, ten grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2020, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial to follow, in White Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before services from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
