Mrs. Magdalene “Maggie” White, daughter of the late Friedrich and Auguste Stumm, was born on January 15th, 1936 in Oberkleinich, Germany and immigrated to the USA in 1957 to begin her life in America with her late husband, Herman T. White. She passed away on December 30th, 2019 in Springfield, Missouri.
She worked for Clayton School District for 20+ years and was an active member at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Springfield, Missouri for 20 years. She was an accomplished quilter and loved spending time with her 2 cats, Lightning and Daisy.
She is survived in death by her son, Herman F. White and his wife, Elizabeth, of Tampa Bay, Florida; granddaughters, Lindsey White and her husband, Mark Sobiesczyk of Oshkosh, Wisconsin and Bridgette White-Kovatch and her husband, Jonathon Kovatch, of Houston, Texas and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
