Marshall Phil Willoughby, 80, Springfield, passed away in his home on Sunday, after an illness. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and former advertising representative. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Hattie Belle Willoughby; three brothers, Gerald, Brownie and Bud Willoughby; four sisters, Bessie Hedgpeth, Lillie Brazeal, Cecil Jaymes and Leona Brock. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Willoughby; a sister, Lucy Jones of Nixa, Mo.; and by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Graveside services will be Wednesday, at 1 p.m., in Greenlawn Memorial gardens. No visitation or viewing is planned
