Mary Mae Tiller, born May 27, 1923 went home with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 28, 2019.
“By wisdom a house is built and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.” Prov. 24:3-4.
Mary provided a home that was filled with love and guidance for her husband and sons. While she was a devoted mother, she was also a dedicated employee. She worked in the office for Roger’s & Baldwin Hardware for several years, also as clerical help for Garrison Motor Freight, managed by her husband, Ed Tiller. Later in life she sold Real Estate for Landmark Reality, retiring in her early seventies. She was faithful to her church; especially loved the years she could serve in the choir.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband Edward James Tiller in 2005 and her son Randall James Tiller in 2001; parents Calvin & Ollie Belle Williams, and brother Wayne Williams and sister Joanna Harvey. She is survived by her son, Roger Tiller & wife Donna; daughter-in-law Nancy Tiller; granddaughter Melissa Tiller; granddaughter April Barron & husband Wayne; grandson Justin Tiller & wife Laura; grandson Ryan Tiller & wife Tara; great-grandchildren Caleb Barron, Madison Barron, Anna Barron, Gracie Tiller, Clark Tiller, Peyton Tiller, Greyson Tiller & Harley Tiller, as well as a host of family and friends.
Services will be held at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Visitation will be from 11:00 to 12:00 with Service beginning at 12:00. Burial to take place at Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
