Michael “Mike” John Rippe, age 67, of Springfield, passed away Friday, November 13th, 2020 in his home.
Mike was born October 7, 1953 in Winnipeg, Canada, to John and Peggy Rippe . Mike was a graduate of Hillcrest High School. He served in the United States Airforce. Mike loved playing golf with his family.
Survivors include his son Sean Rippe and wife Jennifer; two brothers, Steve Rippe and Lesia Chambers, and Jeff Rippe and wife Sharon; one sister, Cindy Autry and husband Henry; two grandchildren, Dominic Rippe and Marshall Rippe; and a host of family and friends.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, John and Peggy Rippe.
Private graveside services will be at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home South. In memory of Mike memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
