In loving memory of Sharon Jean Brown, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, the Brown family announces her passing on November 17, 2024, at Select Specialty Hospital Springfield, MO. Born on August 1, 1974, in Texas City, TX, to Alymer Lee and Saralyn (Dossey) Weaks. She graduated from high school in Fairfield, TX, and is a US Navy veteran. Sharon was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to caring for her family.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Alymer Weaks and Saralyn Weaks; a son Jacob Brown; and a brother Weldon Weaks.

She leaves behind her cherished husband, Edward Brown, sons James and Jamie Brown, daughter Brandie Ryder; five grandchildren; and her sister Joyce Vasta. Sharon will be deeply missed by all who knew her, as she touched the hearts of many with her kindness and compassion.
