Elaine Scherer, Abilities First left a message on July 12, 2022:
I was a Community Support Specialist to Phillip and also a friend. I talked to him in May and he was going to get through his chemo treatments and he was excited to do more fishing with his brother. We talked about life and how things were going. He was thankful for his brother and the support that he was given. I am very sorry about the passing of Phillip. He was a good person, so friendly and easygoing. Praying for your family and sending care and love your way.

Flip, We picture you smiling, running around, playing ball batting a thousand, watching the fancy cars on the highway in heaven. And no more pain or illness. We’ll see you again someday. Becky and Sandy.
