Karen Cook Niswander left a message on June 9, 2020:
Roberta was a force in the community, whether it was helping at the school, in 4-H or competing at the Ozark Empire Fair. She was a great cook (I can taste the grits now), seamstress and artist. I remember a beautiful raincoat and matching hat she made Charlotte. I was amazed she could sew through the raincoat type material and it looked like a designer's outfit. If she could dream it, she could sew it! If you loved the color red, Roberta was your friend. I remember seeing an advertisement for a frilly red umbrella that folded up to look like red flowers and I immediately thought of Roberta. I knew I had to give her that red umbrella and she loved it. She was also very generous and shared many of neck scarves - red, of course! I also remember her generously letting me use her sewing room and supplies downstairs to make a Halloween costume for my granddaughter. One last memory is the beautiful red tulips that lined the Prosser's driveway in the springtime. I am grateful to have known Roberta and she will be missed, but I will always hold her in my memory. My deepest sympathy for the family. Karen Cook Niswander

To the Prosser family, Jeff, Tara, Ivy and Jake, my prayers are with each of you. I remember hearing stories about your Nana.
